You may withdraw from a distance contract without giving reasons within fourteen days from contract conclusion.

Send an unambiguous statement by email or post to the operator in the Imprint. The model form is optional. Where legally required, a prominent online withdrawal function is also provided.

Payments received are returned without undue delay and no later than fourteen days, using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise. If performance began during the withdrawal period at your express request, lawful proportionate compensation may be due.
