Account and Facebook login data deletion

Sign in to Dr. Katze, open your profile and select “Delete account” in account management. Complete the displayed security check. An active paid subscription must be cancelled first.

Email kontakt@drkatze.com from the address associated with your Dr. Katze account and request account deletion. Never send your password, two-factor code or Facebook credentials. To prevent an unauthorised deletion, we may require appropriate identity verification through a controlled contact channel.

Deleting the account immediately disables account access and the link to the Facebook ID. Private audio objects are queued for deletion. The profile, progress, transcripts and learning feedback are no longer accessible through the service and are deleted, anonymised or restricted under the applicable deletion and retention process.

Billing and contract records and limited security evidence may be retained in restricted form to the extent and for the period required by law. They are no longer used for sign-in or personalisation.
